Our employees are high performers, but they have more than just strong work ethic. We pride ourselves on our creativity, positivity, caring, sense of community and respect. These values are so important; McCrum’s even has an award for employees who are outstanding examples of them.
We are strongly committed to the health and safety of our employees and the work site, which is why we choose to seek COR certification. Today we are the largest COR certified dealer in Canada.
To perform at their best every day, Employees must first care for themselves and their families. This is why McCrum’s offers employees a benefits package including Extended Healthcare, Basic Life Insurance, Long Term Disability, vision and dental allowance, EFAP and an employee savings program.
McCrum’s employees like to work hard, but “all work and no play” doesn’t suit us. Our volunteer Culture Club organizes two major staff events per year plus other smaller opportunities for staff to get together, like pot lucks and game nights.
McCrum’s Office Furnishings does not use recruiting or placement agencies that charge candidates a fee of any kind (e.g., placement fees, immigration or visa processing fees, legal costs, etc.) nor will it ask for personal information beyond what is normally included on a resume or personal financial information during the recruitment and selection process.
From time to time, McCrum’s may use the services of recruiting or placement agencies to help us identify potential candidates for specific positions. If you are contacted by a legitimate recruiting or placement agency, there should be no cost to you, the job seeker.
When recruiting for specific positions, McCrum’s will always have a job posting listed here on our careers page and all applicants who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from McCrum’s will have been interviewed in person by a member of McCrum’s management team at a McCrum’s location and will receive a formal offer letter.
